If the product is purchased online, the buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the product and receive a refund.

The right of return applies provided that the product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with the price tags on. Júník Kringlan ehf reserves the right to refuse to accept the product back if the above conditions are not met.

When you return the product, please keep the shipping receipt as proof that you sent it.

If the product you return meets the requirements for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation that you are entitled to a refund.

It can take up to 14 days to receive a refund from the day you receive the confirmation email.

We usually refund in the same way you originally paid for the order.

When returning a product purchased less than 14 days before the start of a sale, the price of the product during the sale should be used, not the original price. This does not apply to products purchased in December, in which case the customer has until December 31st to return the product at full price.

Sale items cannot be returned unless the item is defective or if the wrong item has been shipped.
