Júník Kringlan ehf reserves the right to cancel orders without notice, for example due to incorrect price information, input errors or if the product is no longer in stock. Júník Kringlan ehf also reserves the right to change prices or stop offering products without notice. We try our best to include images that show the correct colors of the product, but since colors can differ between computer screens, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will show the color exactly as it actually is. Sizes of different garments may in some cases be different. If payment for an order has not been made within 48 hours of placing the order, the order will be canceled and the product(s) will be put back on sale.

Sale items, earrings, and lingerie-sequin dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery of goods

The mail arrives every Monday-Tuesday and Thursday :)
The time he arrives is between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM, which means that the Post Office employee who picks up is at Kringlan during this time and will stop by our office in Júník to pick up.

Orders are in most cases processed within 24 hours of ordering, but it can take a few days. The product can be picked up at our Kringlan store during the store's opening hours. The product can also be sent home by Iceland Post, and Iceland Post's delivery guarantee and transport terms apply to the delivery of the product. Júník Kringlan ehf does not take responsibility for the product after it has been posted and is therefore not responsible for damage that the product may suffer in transit, but such damage is the buyer's responsibility. The buyer can choose whether to pick up the product or have it sent when the order is placed in the online store.

Payment of orders

You can pay by credit card, online giro or bank transfer.

NOTE! The buyer pays shipping costs according to the Icelandic Post price list.

It is not possible to pay on site at our Kringlan store for products ordered on junik.is.

Right of return

The right of return is 7 days from the date of issue of the invoice for products purchased in the Júník store in Kringlan and for products purchased in the online store junik.is. The right of return applies provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. Júník reserves the right to refuse to accept the product back if the above conditions are not met. If a product is returned by mail, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. (A receipt for the purchase of the product must be included in all cases). When a product is returned, the buyer can either exchange the product for another product for the same amount as the product that was returned or receive a credit note for the value of the product returned. However, if the product is defective in any way, Júník ehf will pay the shipping costs incurred when returning the product.

Confidentiality

Júník Kringlan ehf promises the buyer full confidentiality regarding the information that the buyer provides in transactions with Júník Kringlan ehf and the information will not be provided to third parties under any circumstances.
