EXCHANGE
We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products you receive from junik.is. However, if the product does not fit or is not suitable for you, you have a 14-day exchange right from the date of invoice for products purchased in the Júník store and for products purchased in the junik.is online store.
The right of exchange applies provided that the product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with the price tags on. Júník Kringlan ehf reserves the right to refuse to accept the product back if the above conditions are not met.
The receipt must be included when exchanging a product.
If the product is purchased on our website www.junik.is, the product can be exchanged for another product for the same amount as the product that was returned. If the product is purchased in our stores in Kringlan, the customer also has the option to receive a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Sale items purchased from the junik.is online store or in our Kringlan store cannot be returned or exchanged.
When exchanging a product purchased less than 14 days before the start of a sale, the price of the product during the sale should be used, not the original price. However, this does not apply when a product is purchased in December, in which case the customer has until December 31st to exchange the product at full price for another product or a credit note.

If a product is exchanged via mail, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (a receipt for product purchase must be included in all cases).
It is not possible to exchange products during the final sale unless the product is defective or you have been sent the wrong product.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, halter tops, sequined dresses, or anything else that sticks into the body may not be exchanged.
If the package you send back to us is not delivered, we will ask you to prove that you sent it by showing us a receipt from the post office. If you cannot provide the receipt, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange the product.
REFUND
If the product is purchased online, the buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the product and receive a refund.

When you return the product, please keep the shipping receipt as proof that you sent it.
If the product you return meets the requirements for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation that you are entitled to a refund.
It can take up to 14 days to receive a refund from the day you receive the confirmation email.
We usually refund in the same way you originally paid for the order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR WRONG PRODUCT IN ORDER
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please send us an email at junik@junik.is with information about the order number and the name of the product in question. If the product is defective, please send us a detailed description and a picture of the defect. We will then investigate the matter and contact you by email about the next steps.
If a product is defective in any way or the buyer receives the wrong product, Júník Kringlan ehf. will refund the shipping costs incurred when returning the product, provided that the product is sent at the lowest shipping rate and the shipping receipt is included. However, if you are sending other products in the same shipment for return/exchange, Júník Kringlan ehf. will not refund the shipping costs.
If a new product is not available to replace a defective/wrong product and the product cannot be repaired, the product will be refunded.
